Important Software Update Information

To provide you with the latest in banking technology, First Western is excited to announce a software upgrade on September 15th, 2023.  This upgrade is one of many steps we are taking to be able to provide the latest in technology and security to our customers for years to come. Important Dates

First Western will be upgrading our software on September 15 which will allow us to provide the latest in technology now and in the future. This page includes details of important information about how this upgrade may temporarily impact you.

Thursday, September 14th

Good Information to Know

After 6:00pm, these services will be temporarily restricted
through Monday morning, September 18:
  • Online, mobile, and telephone banking will show
    account balance and history as of end of day Thursday
    for the entire weekend.
  • Any money movement services like mobile deposit,
    bill pay, external transfers, etc. will be temporarily
    disabled until Monday morning, September 18.
  • Outgoing and incoming wires will not be able to be
  • ATM balance inquiries and transfers at the ATM
    "Make a Loan Payment" feature on our bank website.
  • Online User ID and Passwords will stay the same! You can log back into online banking Monday morning, September 18.
  • Your debit card and ATM number will stay the same and will continue to work over this system upgrade weekend! Just know updated balances and account transfers may be temporarily unavailable.
  • Your account number, checks, and deposit slips will stay the same! Any deposit or withdrawal activity on Friday, September 15 will be viewable on Monday morning, September 18.
  • Scheduled transfers, bill pay items, sweeps, online scheduled transfers, and account nicknames will convert over.
Statement Information
    • Statements and notices may look a little different. Account numbers will also be partially masked for security.
    • You will receive a bank statement from our old software that we are converting off of during the system upgrade weekend.
    • If your normal statement cycle ends at the end of the month, you will get two statements for this month only. One from August 31 to September 14. The other from September 15 to September 30.
    • URFirst account customers will have their statement sent on September 14 just for this month, instead of on the 2nd Friday of the month.

Friday, September 15th

Automatic, prescheduled payroll deposits should be available this day. Come to any location to get cash or use your debit card.
Transfers scheduled or posting on this date may not appear until Monday, September 18.

Saturday, September 16th

All First Western locations will be temporarily closed on
Saturday, September 16.
Our locations and services will reopen normal business hours on Monday, September 18.
