Opt Out Procedures
If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the day you receive a copy of the privacy policy.  When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described above.

To opt out of sharing please call 800-979-4577 and request to be opted out of information sharing with our affiliates.

Non‑Affiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. First Western Bank does not share with non-affiliates.

Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
